Neuroscience Research Building
The Neuroscience Research Building will be a state-of-the-art 609,000 square foot facility dedicated to cutting-edge neuroscience.
Couch First Floor Renovation
This project will fit out and finish the first floor of Couch to accommodate Washington University School of Medicine researchers and BJC investigators.
CWE MetroLink Station Expansion
Expansion of the Central West End MetroLink Station on the School of Medicine campus will introduce design and usability improvements.
Cori and Erlanger Renovation
This renovation will transform the Cori and Erlanger auditoriums into two team-based learning classrooms.
4444 Forest Park MGI Restacking
The 4444 Forest Park restacking project will transform floors 3-5 for the McDonnell Genome Institute/Genome Technology Access Center’s right-sizing and collaboration.
The Renard renovation will impact the 2nd – 4th floors of the building in support of office and educational needs for the department of Psychiatry.
1234 S. Kingshighway
This project will create surface parking and fit-out of the Universal Printing site for orthopedic and pediatrics administrative offices.
Newstead Road Improvements
Improvements to Newstead Road will add additional lanes and other improvements to traffic flow.
CSRB HVAC Retrofit
This capital renewal project will replace and upgrade HVAC and building automation systems in CSRB.
